Instant Pot Meal Prep Chicken

The easiest recipe for delicious Meal Prep Chicken. 

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1-2 TBSP McCormick Canadian Chicken Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Layer everything in Instant Pot 

  2. Close lid and set knob to seal 

  3. Set to manual for 10 minutes if frozen or 7 minutes if thawed. 

  4. Allow chicken to naturally release for 5 minutes 

  5. Then do a quick release by moving the knob to vent - act quickly and be careful. I like to place a tea towel over the vent, to prevent the steam from damaging my ceiling or cabinets. 

  6. Shred chicken and portion out for the week.
