Pumpkin Egg Nog Protein Shake

Shake it Up Saturday!!!

Now that we are officially in the “Holiday” season I was all too excited when I saw that Egg Nog had made its come back to groceries shelves everywhere!! I LOVE me so Egg Nog! It is creamy and delicious, and it is one of my favorite flavors to cook with this time of year. A dash of Egg Nog in pretty much anything adds the perfect touch! But Egg Nog does not love me back it is laden with calories and fat… So it’s out this year if I want to keep trim this holiday season. I was excited when I found Soy Milk Egg Nog! It is really good and it has a fraction of the calories and fat! So It is a great swap! I paired it with pumpkin so I could sneak in some veggies! Enjoy!!!
